Dining Facility Supervisor

$48,010.00 To 48,010.00 Annually

Responsible for the overall operation of the Dining Facility in the absence of the Dining Facility Manager. Monitors facility operations to ensure compliance with all contract requirements.

  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to uphold sanitation standards.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the 2019 Tri-Service Food Code.
  • Prefer candidates with a current ServSafe Manager National Restaurant Association certification.
  • Require a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry within the last 10 years.
  • Maintain availability of all entrees for patrons while enforcing portion control measures.
  • Provide comprehensive briefings to cashiers and line servers on their responsibilities.
  • Conduct training sessions as necessary, demonstrating tasks and procedures effectively.
  • Monitor monetary income to ensure the facility operates within authorized allowances.
  • Discussion of ServSafe Certification options, working hours, benefits, and salary will be led by Allen Tharp, LLC’s Assistant Project Manager during the interview.
  • Successful candidates must pass a background check for base access and obtain a DoD Common Access Card.

  • Proficiency in typing at least 20 words per minute and data entry into computer systems is required.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, as well as stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, reach overhead, climb stairs, squeeze, and grasp.
  • Possession of a valid state Driver’s License and a clean driving record is necessary.

Store Room Clerk

Part-Time

Job Description –
Individual will be tasked to assist in the process of ordering/receiving of subsistence through NET-Chef’s Crunch time information system.  Must be thoroughly familiar with proper storage techniques, how to conduct inventories, and FIFO (first in/first out) procedures.
  • Inspect food deliveries from vendors and check product temperatures
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of storage areas and refrigerators
  • Monitor temperatures of both food products and refrigeration units
  • Issue subsistence to the food preparation area
  • Return unused items to appropriate storage areas after meals
  • Provide accurate counts of issued items to management for each meal
  • Conduct inventory twice a month
  • Ability to enter information into the computer system
  • Willingness to perform tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
  • Capable of standing/sitting and exerting well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs, bend, stoop, grasp, and stand for up to 4 hours
  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years old
  • Possession of a valid Driver’s License
  • Preferably owns a vehicle
  • Willingness to undergo a background check for security clearance
  • Issuance of CAC card upon passing a background check
  • CAC card necessary for accessing Government computers
  • Annual or pre-expiration background checks
  • Must be able to type up to 20 words per minute for entering data information in a computer system.

Food Service Specialist - Camp Bullis

Salary Range:$17.98 To 17.98 Hourly

Job Description – 

Food Service Workers perform various tasks such as

  • line serving, cutting pastry, busing tables, washing dishes, washing pots and pans, mopping floors, cleaning equipment, cleaning restrooms, line backer, cleaning back dock areas, and other general cleaning around facilities and windows.
  • You must be capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds, standing 4-6 hours per shift, twisting, bending, stooping, overhead reaching, walking, climbing stairs, squeezing, and grasping.

Allen Tharp, LLC has various shifts available throughout the day. The first shift, which is the Breakfast shift, could start as early as 4:00 am, and the last shift could end at 8:30 P.M.

All applicants must be able to pass a background check to have base access to be employed by Allen Tharp, LLC. Background checks are conducted annually.

$17.98 per hour,  includes Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pension Plan.

Individuals will be responsible for the preparation of all food items listed on the daily menu including, meats, soups, sauces, gravies, vegetables, starches, short-order items, sandwiches, grilled items, breakfast items & salads.

All other tasks will be explained during the interview or while in training. They will follow all recipes without exception.

  • Accountable for and signing for all received/prepared subsistence
  • Responsible for cleaning own equipment and designated area
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Capable of kneeling, bending, walking, climbing, squatting, twisting, stretching, squeezing, and standing for up to 6 hours per shift
